An employee of the Board of Inland Revenue (BIR) who was accused of practising voodoo after she placed a doll on her desk has issued a pre-action protocol letter to her employer.
The action came after she was assigned to another department and prevented access to an executive floor.
The letter from acting stenographer Mindy Ramoutar was issued to BIR commissioner and chairman of the board Deomati Ramdass through attorney Kiran Panday.
