Kelly Village man charged with murder of Scott Rambarran

A 23-year-old man from Kelly Village has been charged with murder and firearm-related offences in connection with the killing of 35-year-old Scott Rambarran.
Rambarran was reported missing on July 8. His body was found two days later along Mausica Road South.
Following investigations led by PC Benaldo of the Homicide Bureau of Investigations, Region II, the suspect was arrested on July 22. He lives at Ramoutar Drive in Kelly Village.
