A 23-year-old man from Kelly Village has been charged with murder and firearm-related offences by officers of the Homicide Bureau of Investigations, Region II.
A police statement dated July 27 said the charges followed the discovery of the body of 35-year-old Scott Rambarran, who had been reported missing on July 8. His body was found on July 10, along Musica Road South.
Following investigations, officers arrested the suspect on July 22. The case was reviewed by the Director of Public Prosecutions, Roger Gaspard, SC, who directed that the suspect be charged with murder, possession of a firearm, and possession of ammunition.
