MoruÂga/TableÂland MP Michelle BenÂjamin is mournÂing the death of her unÂcle, MarÂvin HamilÂton, who was murÂdered in what she deÂscribed as a âsenseÂless act of viÂoÂlenceâ.
In a FaceÂbook post tiÂtled âGone to Soon,â the MinÂisÂter of CulÂture and ComÂmuÂniÂty DeÂvelÂopÂment said she reÂceived the tragÂic news earÂly yesÂterÂday mornÂing and was still strugÂgling to unÂderÂstand the loss late inÂto the night.
âGot the call since 7 a.m., and even now, at 10:00 p.m., Iâm still askÂing myÂself why. Why was my unÂcle murÂdered? Why does anÂothÂer famÂiÂly have to enÂdure this kind of pain?â she wrote.
