The mur­der of a Port-of-Spain man on Sun­day night, me­tres away from the Dun­can Street Po­lice Post, has been la­belled a gang- re­lat­ed in­ci­dent.

The vic­tim was iden­ti­fied as labour­er Hakim “Da­da Sixx” O’Brien, 25, of Rudolph Charles Link Road, Laven­tille; and Lovell Place, East Dry Riv­er, Port-of-Spain.

The shoot­ing around 6:15 pm al­so left a 28-year-old man of Clifton Street, Leau Place Laven­tille, nurs­ing in­juries at hos­pi­tal. A 21-year-old man who was with the oth­er two men es­caped un­harmed.
