MONTEGO BAY, St James — A police stop in July this year resulted in the arrest and charge of Kevon Whitehead after he was allegedly found in possession of a Sutton Bank debit card bearing the name of a woman.
Whitehead appeared before Judge Natiesha Fairclough-Hylton in the St James Parish Court on Wednesday, where the circumstances surrounding his possession of the card were outlined.
The court heard that about 12:45 pm on July 27, Whitehead was stopped by the police and searched and the debit card found.
