THE newly constructed police posts at Tarouba, Tunapuna and Grand Bazaar are expected to become operational soon, pending final approval from Commissioner of Police Allister Guevarro and senior executive officers of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.
So said Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander as he responded to questions from reporters about the Government’s rollout of police posts at strategic locations across T&T, following the formal opening of the temporary Fire Station in Princes Town yesterday.
“I am waiting on the Police Commissioner and the seniors to give me the final okay, but it should take place soon,” Alexander said.
