A St Andrew businessman has been charged with fraud for allegedly failing to deliver a vehicle for which he was given $2.5 million.
Charged with fraudulent conversion and non-delivery of goods is 52-year-old Michael Scott.
Reports from the Half-Way Tree police are that in January 2026, a man reportedly gave Scott $2,500,000 to purchase a 2020 Nissan Caravan from Japan.
