A 21-year-old St Andrew woman has been charged in connection with an alleged $1.4 million motor vehicle fraud involving the sale of a Toyota Probox motor car in February.
Police say Sanoya Jackson of St Joseph’s Road, Kingston 13, was charged with engaging in a transaction involving criminal property, receiving stolen property, and conspiracy to defraud.
It followed an investigation by detectives assigned to the St Andrew Central Police Division, a statement said on Wednesday.
