A St Catherine pastor accused of fraud involving the purchase of a motor vehicle has told the court that he intends to make restitution to the complainant.
Sean Green, 57, is facing charges of fraudulent conversion and non-delivery of service arising from allegations that he collected more than US$12,000 to purchase a truck but failed to deliver either the vehicle or the money.
