Teen home invader died from bullet to back

A post-mortem examination has found that 18-year-old Javon Hamilton, who was killed during a home invasion in Freeport last week, died from a gunshot injury to his right upper back.

His mother, Vicky Daniel, told the Express yesterday that this was the result of the post-mortem examination done on Thursday at the Forensic Science Centre in Federation Park.

Daniel said the forensic findings still left her with unanswered questions about the circumstances surrounding her son’s death.
