MINISTER of Defence Wayne Sturge says the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) youth programme will restart soon after a pending proposal is approved by Cabinet in March.
This as confusion surrounds the disbanding of the CCC youth programme, with the Government and the Opposition offering sharply conflicting accounts of who ended the initiative.
