The Government owes the National Maintenance Training and Security Company Ltd (MTS) $850 million.

And this has created a situation where the company is unable to pay its retirees what is due to them upon retirement.

This, according to a Special Report on the “Administrative Injustice by the National Maintenance Training and Security Company Ltd with respect to Delay in the payment of retirement benefits” from the Office of the Ombudsman.
