Two bandits attempted to abduct a motorist after robbing him on Thursday in San Fernando, but the 34-year-old Freeport man fought back and escaped.
The victim told police that around 2.15 pm, he was driving his brown Mazda BT50 van south along Seukeran Street. As he negotiated a U-turn at the end of the street, he was approached by two men. One of the suspects pointed a gun at his head and ordered him into the backseat.
