Fifteen preventive detention orders (PDOs) have been published in the national gazette, and among the persons named is murder accused and suspected gang leader Rajaee Ali.
The orders, published yesterday, were signed by Minister of Homeland Security Roger Alexander between August 11 and 20.
Ali, the Express was told, was served his PDO on August 19.
