Five more preventative detention orders have been signed by Minister of Homeland Security Roger Alexander, and among them is one for a woman who is said to be instrumental in a plot to kill State officials, including members of the Police Service, the Prison Service, and the Judiciary.

The five were identified as members of an organised criminal group.

They are Brian Thomas, Neisha Ramkissoon, Anthony Charles, Hosca Hernandez, and a man identified only as “Rivaldo”.
