Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces in Guyana, President Dr Irfaan Ali, has said that the time has come for action as Guyana moves to further deepen its military cooperation with the United States.
The Guyanese leader made these remarks on Wednesday at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, where he joined US Secretary of War Pete Hegseth to sign a “landmark” agreement to establish an enhanced defence partnership between the two countries.
