“THE simplest thing to do would be to take the marijuana and remove it and later destroy it,” said Police Commissioner Allister Guevarro as he explained why there were no arrests following Thursday’s $171.3 million bust in Caroni.
Guevarro was among the slate of speakers this morning at the launch of the Port of Spain Municipal Police Post on the Brian Lara Promenade opposite Nicholas Towers.
He shared seating space with Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander, Port of Spain Mayor Chinua Alleyne, and Port of Spain South MP Keith Scotland.
