“How would you grade Police Commissioner Allister Guevarro’s performance as top cop?”

That is the question Minister of Homeland Security Roger Alexander wants the Police Commissioner’s colleagues and the wider public to answer ahead of Guevarro’s one-year milestone in office next month.

Alexander posed the challenge after sidestepping requests to personally assess Guevarro’s performance during the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service’s 103rd annual Sports and Family Day celebrations at the St James Barracks yesterday.
