A SUPERVISOR at a Darren's Doubles outlet was robbed of $50,000 on Tuesday night, when she arrived at her Malick home.
Police said that, around 9 p.m. the woman, 45, arrived at her home at Upper Seventh Avenue, Malick, Barataria, in her Nissan X-Trail and was about to open her garage gate when two bandits ran up to her. They both pointed guns at her and announced a robbery.
The bandits took her Samsung cellphone following which they quickly ransacked the SUV taking the woman's purse with her driver's licence, identification and $50,000 belonging to her employer.
