(Kaieteur News) – Forensic auditor Terrence Jaskaran came under intense defence scrutiny on Wednesday as attorney Eusi Anderson challenged his impartiality as a state expert witness in the March 2020 General and Regional Elections fraud trial.
Anderson confronted Jaskaran in the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court with an August 28, 2020 Facebook essay he authored under the headline, “APNU/PNC and Their Infamous History of Elections Rigging.”
The defence tendered the social media publication into evidence as Anderson sought to establish that Jaskaran’s previous political commentary raised questions about his independence as an expert witness.
