The Tobago Council of the People’s National Movement (PNM) is facing another leadership change, with youth officer Carlesia McEwen resigning from her position days after council chairman Nicole Henry Waldron stepped down and quit the party.
PNM Tobago Council political leader Shamfa Cudjoe, however, has vowed to continue rebuilding and strengthening the organisation, saying the party’s return to government will require “hard work, sacrifice, unity and a shared sense of purpose”
McEwen resigned on Saturday, according to a letter obtained by the Express. She confirmed her resignation when contacted yesterday.
