En­er­gy Min­is­ter Dr Roodal Mooni­lal is re­ject­ing Venezuela’s claims that T&T was com­plic­it in the seizure of an oil ves­sel trans­port­ing Venezuela’s oil last week and he is ask­ing its gov­ern­ment to di­rect all their com­plaints to the US gov­ern­ment.
