Forty-five-year-old Bharrat Jaikarran was remanded to prison on Friday after appearing before Magistrate Shareefah Parks at the Weldaad Magistrate’s Court, charged with killing his six-year-old son, Orlando Jaikarran.
He was not required to plead to the indictable charge.
