The Ministry of Homeland Security has advised that Minister Roger Alexander has revoked the Preventive Detention Orders (PDOs) issued against Dominic and Genevieve Hadeed.
In a statement on Thursday, Minister Alexander said the decision followed a comprehensive review of relevant legal, medical and public interest considerations, including a recommendation from the Constitution Review Tribunal and ongoing assessments under the Emergency Powers Regulations, 2026 (see statement below).
It said the revocation of the PDOs does not affect the criminal investigation into the alleged plot to assassinate the Prime Minister and senior Government officials.
