A woman linked to the theft of firearms at a municipal police station is among three more people placed under Preventive Detention Orders (PDOs) under the Emergency Powers Regulations, 2026.
The orders were issued against Kristal Lewis, Devon Shawn Ross, also known as “Monster,” “Tiki” and “Eyes,” and Rahim “Guns” Fitzworme.
The order against Lewis, made on Wednesday, states that she will be detained at the Women’s Prison in Golden Grove, Arouca, or another location directed by the Minister of Homeland Security.
