A woman linked to the theft of firearms at a mu­nic­i­pal po­lice sta­tion is among three more peo­ple placed un­der Pre­ven­tive De­ten­tion Or­ders (PDOs) un­der the Emer­gency Pow­ers Reg­u­la­tions, 2026.

The or­ders were is­sued against Kristal Lewis, De­von Shawn Ross, al­so known as “Mon­ster,” “Ti­ki” and “Eyes,” and Rahim “Guns” Fitz­worme.

The or­der against Lewis, made on Wednes­day, states that she will be de­tained at the Women’s Prison in Gold­en Grove, Arou­ca, or an­oth­er lo­ca­tion di­rect­ed by the Min­is­ter of Home­land Se­cu­ri­ty.
