A 38-year-old Ch­agua­nas man was killed yes­ter­day morn­ing, af­ter gun­men ran­sacked his home.

Po­lice re­port­ed that around 4 am, Arnold Singh, of Pe­ters­field, was out­side his home when two men, one armed with a gun, the oth­er a cut­lass, ac­cost­ed him and forced him in­side.

The gun­men then ran­sacked the home, look­ing for valu­ables. They then shot Singh once in the head be­fore flee­ing the lo­ca­tion.
