A Marabella waitress was abducted, robbed and threatened her with a knife while she was being transported home.

The 20-year-old victim told police that she had been waiting near Royal Castle on Point-a-Pierre Road, San Fernando, for transportation to her home around 3:40 a.m. when she boarded a gold Nissan Cube, with three unknown men.

The driver initially drove along the Southern Main Road, Marabella, but when the woman requested to be taken to her home, the vehicle diverted to the vicinity of Tropical Plaza. There, one of the suspects, described as slim-built, brown complexion, long hair tied in a ponytail, wearing a grey hoodie, allegedly pointed a knife at her and announced a robbery.
