Antonia Cain-Kafi, the mother of 23-month-old Akini Kafi, who was killed after gunmen opened fire on the car he his parents were travelling in last week in Belmont, has shown slight improvement in her condition.
She was reported to be in a stable condition yesterday, although she remains warded in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Port-of-Spain General Hospital (POSGH).
