Christopher Samaroo, the father of Joshua Samaroo, remained in police custody yesterday following his arrest on Monday night.

Attorney Aaron Lewis, who represents Samaroo, confirmed this yesterday.

Samaroo, who was arrested at the St Clair Police Station, was moved to the Woodbrook Police Station yesterday, then later to the Belmont station.
