A Chaguanas man who went to the beach with a woman whom he knew only by her first name was robbed of his cash, cell phone and car.

The 38-year-old man reported to the police that in the early hours of Wednesday, he was liming with a female companion whom he knew only as "Zion" on the shore of Flower Pot Beach in Pointe-a-Pierre.

He reported that around 1 a.m., he and Zion were accosted by three men - one of whom was armed with a firearm.
