Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, will pay an official two-day visit to Trinidad and Tobago from July 3 to 4.
The visit, hosted by the Government of Trinidad and Tobago, will include a packed schedule of official engagements and public appearances, including an address to a Joint Sitting of the Trinidad and Tobago Parliament.
Modi is scheduled to arrive at the South Terminal of the Piarco International Airport at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, where he will be welcomed by senior government officials. He is then expected to proceed to the Hyatt Regency in Port of Spain before attending a Community Diaspora Event at the National Cycling Velodrome in Couva at 7p.m., where he is expected to speak.
