News of his passĀing came this mornĀing, howĀevĀer, the cirĀcumĀstances are not yet known.
In a stateĀment the PNM deĀscribed Hartās life as one deĀfined by reĀsilience, disĀciĀpline and serĀvice, pointĀing to his rise from humĀble beĀginĀnings to naĀtionĀal leadĀerĀship.
