Relatives of former SRP (Special Reserve Police Officer) Arkim Baker, who was shot and killed at a bar in Curepe on Tuesday morning, are trying to come to terms with his death.

Speaking with the media at the Forensic Science Center in St James yesterday, relatives described Baker as a ‘hard working, dependable and trustworthy’ man.

They said he was a father of four, and that his death has shattered the family and the community.
