Two road traffic accidents along the eastbound lane of the Churchill-Roosevelt Highway yesterday led to 12 vehicles being damaged. However, there were no reports of serious injuries.
Police said the accidents occurred between 7 a.m. and 7.30 a.m.
The first accident occurred near the new Courts Megastore, El Socorro, when one car suddenly stopped in the extreme right lane of the eastbound carriageway, causing a chain reaction that resulted in seven vehicles behind that vehicle stopping and slamming into one another.
