THE rainfall that brought relief from the dangerous bush fires that have been sweeping across parts of Trinidad and Tobago for weeks also created hazardous road conditions that contributed to several crashes across the country, including one fatal accident in Couva.

Forty-six-year-old Zeena Joseph, of Carlos Street in Couva, lost her life on Saturday while driving along Rivulet Road near the Camden traffic lights shortly after 2.p.m.
