Tobago House of Assembly (THA) Chief Secretary Farley Augus­tine says his administration will be inclusive and will serve all Tobagonians, regardless of background or political affiliation.

Augustine arrived at the Scarborough Esplanade around 11 p.m. on Monday, shortly after news broke that the Tobago People’s Party (TPP) had secured a historic, landslide 15-0 victory over the People’s National Movement (PNM) in the THA election.

Hundreds of jubilant supporters converged on the sister island’s capital to celebrate and show support for their leader.
