Minister of Foreign and Caricom Affairs Sean Sobers has disclosed that VenezueÂlan Ambassador Alvaro SanÂchez Cordero presented no evidence to support claims made by Venezuelan PresiÂdent Nicolas Maduro that a group of men carrying âweapons of warâ entered Venezuela from Trinidad and Tobago.
Furthermore, Sobers said there was also no evidence to substantiate claims by Venezuelaâs Justice Minister, Diosdado Cabello, that a Trinidad and Tobago national, âGuis Kendell Jeromeâ, was involved in âterrorist activitiesâ.
