61 shots fired in St Ann’s ambush

A ST ANN’S man was shot and killed yesterday in what police described as a gang-related ambush involving two masked men dressed in what appeared to be police tactical gear.
The victim has been identified as Derreck Boucaud, alias “Crempo”.
Police said that around 10.15 a.m., Boucaud and a relative were heading south along Symon Road, St Ann’s, in Boucaud’s Hyundai Accent when a white Ford Focus stopped in front of them at the corner of Fondes Amandes Road.
