Alderman with the Siparia Borough Corporation Victor Roberts has lashed out at Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar over her description of Trinidad and Tobago as “a lawless dump”, accusing ministers within her Cabinet of being the real source of lawlessness.

In a video posted to social media yesterday, Roberts challenged the Prime Minister to address what he described as misconduct involving Government ministers.

“I want to ask Kamla Persad-Bissessar if any one of her ministers is before the courts for defrauding the Government, defrauding the State of over $1 million,” he said.
