THE $98 million indemnity claim filed by convicted British King’s Counsel Vincent Nelson against the State has been dismissed by Justice Jacqueline Wilson .
In her judgment delivered on June 3, 2025, Justice Wilson also determined that former attorney general Faris Al-Rawi did not seek to influence the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) by recommending that Nelson not be prosecuted.
