But NelĀson will have to first conĀvince the British Law Lords to alĀlow him to mount a fiĀnal apĀpeal on the isĀsue beĀfore it (an apĀpeal) is posĀsiĀbly heard, as he was deĀnied conĀdiĀtionĀal leave by the Court of ApĀpeal yesĀterĀday.
In a deĀciĀsion yesĀterĀday mornĀing, ApĀpelĀlate Judges Nolan Bereaux, James Aboud and Ricky Rahim statĀed that there was no isĀsue that NelĀson could raise over breachĀes of his conĀstiĀtuĀtionĀal rights stemĀming from the deĀciĀsion of the OfĀfice of the DiĀrecĀtor of PubĀlic ProsĀeĀcuĀtions (DPP) to prosĀeĀcute him alongĀside forĀmer atĀtorĀney genĀerĀal Anand RamĀloĀgan, SC, and atĀtorĀney GerĀald Ramdeen.
