The national budget has been confirmed to be delivered on October 13, 2025.

Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar yesterday admitted the date was “leaked” on Monday evening, which led the United National Congress (UNC) to post the official date on its Facebook page around midnight.

TV6 News reported on Monday that the national budget will be read by Finance Minister Davendranath Tancoo on October 13, next Monday, based on a social media post from Minister in the Ministry of Housing Phillip Edward Alexander.
