Police are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the body of a man discovered in bushes along the Cocal Estate, Manzanilla Road, on Monday morning.

According to investigators, the deceased was of mixed descent, dark complexion and medium build, and approximately five feet, eight inches tall. He wore his hair in a Rastafarian style.

Police said the body was found completely naked and appeared to be in the early stages of decomposition.
