MINISTER of Homeland Security Roger Alexander has disclosed that 11 people have been charged with murder and 25 charged in connection with home invasions in 2026.
The minister provided the statistics from the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) yesterday in response to questions from Opposition MP Marvin Gonzales during a sitting of Parliament.
Gonzales asked the minister to state how many persons had been charged to date for murders committed in 2026.
