Pastor Ian Brown has been freed of charges of misbehaviour in public office.
The charges were yesterday dropped against a police officer, Brown and another former employee of the Strategic Services Agency (SSA) after the State failed to comply with certain directives of the court in preparation of the matters progressing to trial.
The decision to dismiss the charges against self-proclaimed spy and special reserve police officer Pastor Brown of the Jerusalem Bride Church; former security supervisor of the SSA Susan Portell-Griffith; and Sgt Sherwin Waldron, a former member of the now-defunct Special Operations Response Team (SORT), was made yesterday by Master Kimitra Gray.
