Legal action is brewing against the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (UDeCOTT) over what an attorney has desĀcribed as āconstructive evictionā of vendors at the Breakfast Shed (Femmes du Chalet) eatery on the waterfront in Port of Spain.
In a pre-action protocol letter dated September 29, attorney Kenneth MunĀroe Brown alleged that UDeĀCOTTās board was being misĀled by its chief executive officer over the departure of vendors.
