Legal action is brewing against the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (UDeCOTT) over what an attorney has described as “constructive eviction” of vendors at the Breakfast Shed (Femmes du Chalet) eatery on the waterfront in Port of Spain.
In a pre-action protocol letter dated September 29, attorney Kenneth Munroe Brown alleged that UDeCOTT’s board was being misled by its chief executive officer over the departure of vendors.
