West Indian Tobacco Company (WITCO) has reaffirmed its commitment to developing young professionals through its 2026 A.I.M. (Accelerate, Innovate, Motivate) Internship Programme.
The programme, which recently concluded, provided six second and third-year university students with hands-on experience across various areas of the company’s operations.
Over the course of the internship, the students participated in structured training sessions, professional development workshops, leadership engagements and real-world business projects.
