More than 600 young people across Trinidad and Tobago will take part in a new national internship launched by TSTT. The Future Leaders Internship Programme, unveiled at Queen’s Park Oval on July 31, is aimed at citizens aged 17 to 21 who are not employed or enrolled in full-time tertiary education.
The three-week programme, which runs from August 11 to 30, will combine virtual and in-person training focused on digital literacy, career exposure, and workplace skills. Participants will be placed across five streams tied to TSTT’s operations: technical, sales, customer service, support services, and quality assurance.
Each intern will receive a financial stipend.
