Four men were arrested on Wednesday in connection with the theft of electricity cables valued at $186,000.
Police said officers assigned to the Cumuto Police Station received two reports last week concerning the larceny of cables along the Elmina Clarke Highway.
Following the reports, officers conducted a surveillance exercise on September 28 and 29.
